This study aims to establish evidence on the financial performance of private debt impact funds and its underlying drivers, and analyze it through the lens of different investment strategies and sectors. Symbiotics initially launched this research in collaboration with the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) to fulfill a market data gap on the return patterns of private debt, the prime asset class in impact investing today in terms of volume.
For this second edition, the study sample has enlarged from 50 to 92 private debt impact funds.
