Big Society Capital recently published a report, Retail Social Investment Across the World: International models that encourage the general public to make social investments. The paper examines the broader international experience, as it looks across a number of case studies of models from across the world (including France, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark and the US) that are enabling ordinary people to save or invest in charities or social enterprises to support local causes.
