Based on a comprehensive study conducted jointly by Robeco Group and Booz & Company, this paper provides an overview of the currentResponsible Investing (RI) market and its future potential. As part of thestudy, a wide range of information sources were covered to provide anobjective overview of the RI market today and to project its state by 2015. More than 50 market interviews were conducted, covering a diversesample of clients, distributors, and competitors with total Assets UnderManagement (AUM) of more than USD 5 trillion. In addition, detailed market research leveraging an extensive range of market reports, onlinedata sources, and industry databases was completed. Booz & Companyalso conducted internal interviews with subject matter experts (SME)to complement and validate the research.
