The GIIN published IRIS Data Brief: Focus on Beneficiaries, the second in a series that presents aggregated social, environmental, and financial results of organizations receiving impact investment capital. With performance data from nearly 5,000 mission-driven portfolio companies, this Data Brief also includes a focused set of analyses related to beneficiaries, specifically clients and suppliers. The first Brief, launched in June 2013, presented aggregated data focused on employees of organizations receiving impact investment capital.
Managed by the GIIN, IRIS is the online catalog of generally accepted performance metrics that leading impact investors use to measure social, environmental, and financial performance.
