A UK FCA-regulated impact investment manager, we are focused on two primary areas: 1. SDG-aligned Private Equity (we currently have a Water+ fund, Water Unite Impact with debt and equity exposures; it was a winner at GIIN's 2024 Impact Forum Awards); 2. SDG-aligned Real Estate development - we work with non-profit organisations globally (who are under-funded, but key in the provision of wide-ranging social and community services) to unlock the value in their real estate assets and enable their financial sustainability (thus significantly leveraging and professionalising their social impact mandates whilst building them out as strong, financially sustainable institutions).
