The application for membership is for the wealth management division of Bank of America, which includes Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and US Trust. The wealth management division provides services to a variety of clients, including both individuals and institutional investors. In 2013, we formally began an impact investing initiative to provide clients solutions and services across the environmental and social, sustainability and impact investing spectrum. As seen below, our goal is to develop an impact investing platform that spans multiple environmental and social issue areas as our clients have multiple impact issue areas in which they are interested in investing.
